How do I report an issue with a past stay?

Sometimes an issue may arise and if it does, we want you to be able to resolve it as quickly and easily as possible!

We encourage you to communicate with the other party to try and resolve the issue amongst yourselves first. It is important to reach out to each other through our Floofers messages as soon as there is a concern or issue during a service or booking stay.

Do you need to let us know about a problem? If so, please send us an email at [email protected] and our experienced customer service team will be able to review your dispute.
​

To get a better understanding and review the dispute we will need the following information:
- yours and the other parties' details
- what has happened in detail (who, what, when, where, why, how)
- any supporting documents (if relevant)
- your ideal outcome of the issue
​

Please note that we can only review and help resolve issues for services that are booked through the Floofers platform within 30 days of the issue. We cannot resolve any issue that goes against our Terms of Service.
