If you have completed all of the onboarding steps, including uploading a valid police check, your profile will be manually reviewed by our team. You will receive an email when your profile is approved or if we require additional information. Verifying profiles generally takes around 2-3 business days.

You can also see if your profile is approved by logging in and viewing your dashboard. Near your name on the left side, your profile will either say 'Awaiting verification' or 'Verified'.
