What happens once my account is verified?

Once you’ve finished your onboarding process, you’ve been ID checked and you have your valid police check uploaded, the Floofers team will manually verify your account. If your application is successful, you'll receive an email from the team letting you know you have been verified!

If we require any additional information, you will receive an email to let you know what else needs to be completed before verification.

So what happens after verification?

Your profile will be live on our platform for potential pet parent clients to see! They can use our search bar to find pet carers nearby and message and book you for services. You will receive a notification when someone has sent you a message or booking.

All messages and bookings will require a response, even if you cannot accept the booking. Not responding to messages and bookings can lead to account suspension.
