If you have used our background checking partner, Certn, they will usually process police checks within 2-3 business days. The process may take longer if they require additional information. In some cases, your police check may go into manual review and take up to 3-4 weeks to process.

Please make sure to check your email for updates from Certn. You can also contact them via email: [email protected] for updates on your police check.

Once the police check has been processed, you will need to upload your results onto your Floofers profile. Floofers will then review your application to be a pet carer.

Completed police checks are non-refundable.
