Can I lower my rate for customers I have a rapport or reoccurring bookings with?

Yes, you can. If you and the pet owner have agreed on a discounted price, you can change your service rates to match the new price before they request a booking. You can change it back to your usual price after you've accepted the booking.

To change your pricing:

  1. Click ‘My account’ from the left side menu

  2. Click ‘Services I offer’

  3. Change the price of the service you are offering

  4. Click 'Update' to save your new rates

Please follow these same steps to change your rates back after you’ve accepted the booking.
