Your police check will need to be less than 12 months old and show no disclosable court outcomes. To upload or re-upload your valid police check:
Floofers App
Tap the menu option in the top left-hand corner
Tap 'My account'
Tap 'Police clearance'
Tap 'Upload certificate' and upload your valid police check from your files
Tap 'Save and continue'

1. Click ‘My account’ from the left-side menu
2. Scroll down to ‘Police clearance’
3. Click 'Upload certificate' and choose your file to open
3. Open the file and crop if necessary
4. Click ‘Save’
Floofers will be notified of any police checks being uploaded and will be in touch if there are any issues.
Please note: pet carer profiles automatically become unverified once a new police check is re-uploaded. The Floofers Team will need to manually review the police check and re-verify your profile. This may take 1-3 business days.
