If you are unable to add pets to your profile, it is likely you do not offer services that require us to know about your home and/or pets e.g. if you are only offering services in the pet owner's home.

You can still share information about your pets in your 'about yourself' section and of course, include photos in your photo gallery. Pet owners love to see photos of how you interact with pets.
