No. As a dog walker, it is your responsibility to look after the dog during the entire walk which means always being with the dog. It is in your care to keep the dog safe, stress-free and of course, happy! Although it is tempting to quickly pop into the shops, please leave the shopping until after you have returned the dog to its owner.
