During a meet and greet, the pet sitter, pet owner and pet/s will have a chance to meet prior to booking to ensure all parties get along. This allows the pet sitter to talk with the pet owner to gain an understanding of the pet's needs and requirements, establish a communication plan and determine whether they are a perfect match.

A meet and greet also adds a sense of familiarity for the pet so they can feel more comfortable the next time they see the pet sitter!
