How do I set booking and pet preferences?

Please follow these steps to change your booking and pet preferences:


​Floofers App

  1. Tap the menu button in the top left-hand corner

  2. Tap 'My account'

  3. Tap 'Pet services I offer' to choose which services you'd like to offer to pet owners and the rates you charge

  4. Tap 'Pet types I take care of' to choose whether you would like to care for dogs or cats and if choosing a dog, you can specify the size

  5. After any changes, tap 'Update' to save your new preference

Computer

  1. Click 'My account' on the left-side menu of your Floofers profile

  2. Click 'Pet services I offer' to choose which services you'd like to offer to pet owners and the rates you charge

  3. Click 'Pet types I take care of' to choose whether you would like to care for dogs or cats and if choosing a dog, you can specify the size

  4. After any changes, click 'Update' to save your new preference
