Every booking is backed by our insurance, ‘The Floofs Insured’ to protect pets in the rare occasion that something goes wrong during a booked stay on the Floofers platform.

Tip: Establish an emergency care plan with the pet owner before accepting a booking. Discuss the best method of communication (call, Whatsapp. etc), & get the details of their local vet & emergency contact in case they cannot be reached.
