Whilst using Floofers, you cannot accept payments via bank transfers or cash. Instead, after each booking, you will be paid through our in-house secure payment system, STRIPE. This payment method ensures you will be covered by Floofers' insurance, 'The Floofs Insured', and have access to our benefits and excellent customer service team.

Using alternative methods of payment goes against our standards and unfortunately, your pet carer profile will be removed. We value all of our pet carers and we would be sad to see you go!
