ID check
Online pet care course and a quiz where they must obtain 100% to pass
Police check that is less than 12 months old
Testimonials that are requested from references
Floofers also provides premium customer service and helpful tips to help out any pet carer with their questions and pet care journey. We also provide The Floofs Insured for all booked stays and walks through our platform.
