1) Sign in or create an account to start searching for pet sitters and dog walkers.

2) Tap "Find a pet carer" from your Floofers dashboard. If you have both a pet sitter and pet owner account, you'll need to make sure you have switched to your pet owner profile to do this.

3) Tap to select your pet type and service and input your dates and suburb. Use the slide bar to find pet carers within your budget and tap 'Search'

4) Scroll through profiles and tap on any profile to read more about the pet carer. We recommend you view pet carer's profiles, read reviews and contact 3-5 pet carers who seem like a great match for your pet!

5) From the pet carer profile, tap 'Chat' to begin a conversation
6) Tap 'Book' if you'd rather request a booking straight away and then send a message afterward to provide more details.

Computer

You can find pet carers using the homepage search bar or if already signed in, by simply clicking 'Find pet carers' from the left-hand side. You can input your suburb, dates, and service required to find pet carers nearby. You can then filter down your search and view any pet carer profiles that show up.

Once you have found a pet carer that seems like a great match for your pet, you can send them a message first via the chat button or go ahead and request a booking via the book button. If you are not already a Floofers customer, you will be directed to sign in or create an account before contacting any pet carer.

Pet carers have the option to accept or reject a booking. Once a booking is accepted, the pet owner can confirm the booking with payment. We always recommend organising an in-person meet and greet before confirming the booking with payment.
