Pet carers have the option to accept or reject a booking request. A pending booking means that the pet carer you have booked with has not accepted or rejected the booking yet via our platform.

Only once the pet carer has accepted the booking, you can add payment to confirm the booking.

If you are waiting for a response, we suggest getting in contact with the pet carer via the chat option. You can find the ‘chat’ option on the pet carer's profile next to ‘book’.
