Pet owner accounts can become temporarily suspended due to being reported by a pet carer. Pet carers may report a pet owner for any suspicious activity including but not limited to:
Asking to be contacted outside of the Floofers platform
Asking to pay for services outside of the Floofers platform
Feeling unsafe or uncomfortable
Disingenuous inquiries
Spam or bot-type messages
We take all reports very seriously and investigate all matters. Our investigations usually take 5-8 business days but can be longer depending on the situation.
