In an event of an emergency, we are here to help! If an emergency arises with the pet sitter, you will receive a call from them with details of what has happened. We will be in contact with both you and the pet sitter to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also have you covered with our Floofers premium Insurance protection on all confirmed bookings.

If you are ever unsure about the care of your pet please give us a call at +61 3 9119 3041 or email [email protected] with the subject line as EMERGENCY.

Tip: during your meet and greet with the pet sitter, communicate an emergency care plan. Make sure your sitter knows the best way to contact you when you're away (e.g. text or WhatsApp) and has the details for your emergency contact in case you are unreachable.

Ensure your pet's profile on Floofers is complete and up to date with details of your pet's veterinary practice, microchip, medications, immunisations, allergies, and behaviours.
