When will I be charged for a booking service?

After the pet carer has accepted your booking, you can go ahead and confirm the booking with payment. The payment for the booking will be held in escrow and released once the booking has been completed. Bookings and payments must be done through the Floofers platform to be protected by our insurance, 'The Floofs Insured'.
