Short answer, yes! You can use one account to manage all of your bookings as an owner and sitter!
Turning your owner profile into a sitter profile
If your signed up as a pet owner and would like to become a pet sitter too, simply:
Sign into your usual account and click the "become a sitter" in the top left-hand corner
Complete the onboarding process
After your profile’s completed, including uploading a valid police check, it’ll be sent to our team for the normal vetting process.
Once verified by our team, you can start accepting bookings as a pet carer
Turning your pet sitter profile into a pet owner profile
1. Sign in to your usual sitter profile
2. Click "find pet carers" on the top left-hand side
3. Start searching for pet carers nearby! Once you start engaging with pet carers, your profile will automatically become a pet owner profile too.
If you’re using your web browser, you can manage both your pet sitter and pet owner account in the same dashboard. You can find everything you need in the left-hand menu either under 'Pet sitter' or 'Pet owner'.
How to switch profiles via the Floofers Mobile App
You can swap from your pet carer account to your pet owner account when using our mobile app.
Select the menu option in the top left-hand corner
Tap ‘Switch profile’ to swap to either a pet sitter or pet owner account. This also shows which profile you are currently on.
