Yes! This will need to be arranged with your chosen pet carer through our platform. You will need to organise an in-person meet and greet prior to booking to ensure all parties are getting along and happy with the requirements.

For all long-term bookings, we recommend booking a trial period first to ensure the pet carer and pet are well suited! This may be just for an overnight stay to help your pet adjust and become familiar with the pet carer and vice versa.

After a successful trial period, your mind can be at ease knowing that your pet is now in a familiar environment with a great pet carer during your long trip away! If the trial wasn't successful, it's great you found out now and can search for another pet carer.
